The Petersburg court appointed a real term to the bartender due to spraying a spray can on a policeman at an anti-war rally

The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg sentenced 24-year-old bartender Zakhar Tatuiko to a year and four months in a colony-settlement in the case of spraying pepper spray. This was reported by the press service of the city courts.

Tatuiko was found guilty of using violence against a security official (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). The Petersburger pleaded guilty, his case was considered in a special order — without examining the evidence.

According to investigators, on March 2, Tatuiko participated in an anti-war rally on Nevsky Prospekt.
