The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined local resident Anna Anisimova 35,000 rubles for tying herself to a fence in front of a TV with a picture of Vladimir Solovyov. This was reported by the press service of the city courts.
Petersburg woman was found guilty of «discrediting» the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Anisimova held a rally the day before, on May 1. She put a noose around her neck and chained herself to the fence on Vasilyevsky Island.
