Loyalty programs for loyal customers will help fill more fuel in times of shortage, but they also have their limitations.
The shortage of fuel in Ukraine is becoming more acute. There are more and more queues at gas stations, and refueling limits are getting tougher. However, there is a way to fill in gasoline or diesel over the limit, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Focus.
The fact is that large gas station chains offer bonuses for their regular customers as part of loyalty programs. In particular, the WOG network introduced a limit of 10 liters per day for private customers when paying in cash or paying with bank cards only if they have a PRIDE loyalty card or a mobile application.
And the OKKO network allows loyalty card holders to fill twice as much fuel : «Our guests with a Fishka card can refuel with PULLS 95 and PULLS Diesel fuel — from 10 liters per car … without a Fishka card — 5 liters per car». You can refuel no more than once every two hours.
It should be noted that the special offers of gas stations for regular customers usually apply to expensive premium fuel, while regular gasoline and diesel are available only to the Armed Forces and critical infrastructure enterprises. Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers abolished state price regulation specifically for branded gasoline and diesel grades. In addition, the size of the trade surcharge for conventional fuel has been significantly increased.
