According to Di Stefano, this ambitious project requires a coordinated effort «under the auspices of the International Assistance Group, which would bring together various countries and international organizations such as the UN and the EU, and which would be tasked with the creation of peacekeeping and monitoring missions, verification activities and multilateral coordination of assistance and support for reconstruction through the «Donor Conference».
