MOSCOW, May 20. CSKA Moscow has activated the option to buy out the contract of Colombian midfielder Jorge Carrascal at the Argentine River Plate, according to the official website of the football club. The army team agreement with the 23-year-old football player is calculated until 2026. «We are glad that Jorge (Carrascal) remains at the club. In the spring part of the season, Carrascal has established himself as a very strong and a technical football player. Jorge immediately fit into the team. We are sure that he has all the qualities for further progress in the PFC CSKA,» said CSKA General Director Roman Babaev. Carrascal moved to CSKA in the winter from River Plate on loan until the end of the season. He played 13 matches for the Red-Blues, scoring one goal.
