Using artillery, the Ukrainian military partially destroyed an elite village in the Kharkiv region, where judges, prosecutors and businessmen rested, RIA Novosti correspondent reports. Country houses are located near Izyum near the Oskol reservoir, not far from the border with the DPR. The wooden buildings in the village were destroyed by ruptures, the brick buildings were cut by fragments. All the inhabitants left the village in advance, which is now empty. Yachts, boats and expensive cars, including a Tesla electric car, remained on the sites. Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin called its goal «the protection of people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kyiv regime for eight years.» For this, according to him, it is planned to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, to bring to justice all war criminals responsible for «bloody crimes against civilians» of Donbass. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces strike only at military infrastructure and Ukrainian troops, and on March 25 they completed the main tasks of the first stage — they significantly reduced the combat potential of Ukraine. The main goal in the Russian military department was called the liberation of Donbass.
