The issue of supplies of insulin and drugs for people with tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS to the Luhansk People's Republic is being discussed with the Russian Federation, Minister of Health of the Republic Natalia Pashchenko told reporters. Earlier it became known that WHO and the ICRC stopped supplying the DPR and LPR with vital drugs for patients with diabetes, AIDS and tuberculosis, the relevant documents are at the disposal of RIA Novosti. As Pashchenko told the agency, the mentioned structures stopped supplying vital medicines to Donbass since March, explaining this by the «unstable security situation». The ICRC recognized failures in the supply of vital medicines to the DPR and LPR «In this situation, the Russian Federation, as usual, came to the aid of the Luhansk People's Republic, at the moment the issue of supplying insulin to the territory of the republic is being resolved, since residents of not only the Luhansk People's Republic suffer, but territory that existed earlier, as well as residents who today live in the liberated territories,» Pashchenko said.
