File photoMOSCOW, May 24.The West seeks to take grain out of Ukraine as soon as possible, without caring at all about what will happen in the country after the granaries are empty, said the head of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response — Head Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.
