
MOSCOW, 31 May. Dietitian Margarita Koroleva told the Moscow 24 TV channel what diseases should stop eating ice cream. The specialist noted that ice cream should not be abused in case of metabolic diseases, obesity, diabetes, and sugar content. In addition, with intolerance to dairy components, nuts and berries, it is necessary to reduce the amount of ice cream due to a possible allergic reaction. During a cold, the product is especially dangerous for children — it can spread the disease to the lower respiratory tract. At the same time, the nutritionist allowed ice cream to be consumed during a cold, but it must be absorbed in the oral cavity.
