As an argument, Sergeev cited the fact that countries unfriendly to Russia (USA, Japan, European countries) account for 64% of the world's research and development costs. The share of friendly countries (China, India, the Middle East) is only 17%. “Anyway, the conflict in Ukraine will end in peace, and then the question of restoring (scientific) ties will arise.
