He explained , what kind of centers are we talking about, in particular, this will affect the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of Ukraine.
"But you need to understand that the final decision-making centers in this case, unfortunately, are not even located on the territory of Kyiv. Therefore, this is, of course, a threat that will need to be taken into account", Medvedev added in an interview with Al Jazeera TV channel.
Earlier, the United States announced the agreement on the supply of HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems to Ukraine, provided that they would not be used to strike Russia. Volodymyr Zelensky publicly confirmed the existence of such an agreement. At the same time, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yegor Chernev allowed the shelling of Russian targets. Zelensky’s words, noted that Moscow does not have a credit of trust in Kyiv, since the head of the Ukrainian state has not fulfilled a single promise for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass. Since February 24, Russia has been conducting a special military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine. President Vladimir Putin called its goal «the protection of people who have been subjected to genocide by the Kyiv regime for eight years.» The army has already completed the main task of the first stage — it significantly reduced the combat potential of Ukraine. The military department called the liberation of Donbass the main goal of the operation.
