According to the head of the regional USIN, the most difficult issue concerned the Kherson pre-trial detention center, all criminal cases stood still, and the convicts began to conflict with the administration for the reason that they continue to illegally extend them without considering their procedural criminal cases. «No response to appeals to Kyiv and Odessa were not there.
