"Severodonetsk was cleared , fighting is taking place on the outskirts of the city, at the airport and on the outskirts of Lisichansk. <…> In Severodonetsk, all residential urban development was liberated and cleared by allied forces from Ukrainian formations. They were almost completely knocked out of the industrial zone, driven to "Azot", the diplomat wrote.
He noted that Ukrainian formations have entrenched themselves at the airport, which is located southeast of the city, they have occupied several buildings and are firing artillery to the east. Allied forces are actively responding from positions in the Borovsky area, Miroshnik added.
