MOSCOW, June 7 Ilya Ivanyuk wins high jump at Brothers Memorial Znamenskikh, the first start of the Athletics Week held in Moscow. Ivanyuk took a height of 2 meters 34 centimeters, which is the best result of the season in the world. Second place was taken by Matvey Rudnik (2.23 m), and Nikita Anishchenkov (2.20 m) was third. About three thousand athletes from 12 to 65 years old from more than 45 regions of the country, including athletes from the Russian national team, will take part in it from June 7 to 13. Competitions are one of the stages of selection for the I All-Russian Spartakiad between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Sport is the official media partner of the tournament.
