He also added that today he submitted Vitaly Khotsenko, a candidate for the post of head of government, to parliament. «Today I submitted a new candidate for the post of Prime Minister, and at the moment, literally 10 minutes ago, the People's Council supported me in this, and we have a new Prime Minister.
