File photoDONETSK, June 8 The head of the DPR Denis Pushilin appointed Alexander Kostomarov as the first deputy head of the administration of the head of the republic, and Yevgeny Solntsev as the deputy chairman of the government, follows from the relevant decrees. Since 2021, Kostomarov has worked as the first deputy head of the Ulyanovsk region , before that he was vice-governor of the Lipetsk region. Solntsev previously served as assistant to the minister of construction and housing and communal services of Russia, before that he headed the directorate for the comprehensive reconstruction of railways and the construction of railway transport facilities — a branch of Russian Railways. On Wednesday, Pushilin signed a decree appointing Vitaly Khotsenko as chairman of the DPR government.
