The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, said that all sanctions imposed by Vladimir Zelensky against Russia would be lifted the day before the capitulation of the Kyiv authorities. Zelensky signed a decree on Thursday, which puts into effect the decision of the National Security Council and Defense of Ukraine on the application of personal sanctions against Russian statesmen.
