MOSCOW, June 9 Head coach of the Russian national football team and «Rostov» Valery Karpin denied rumors about his intention to return to Spartak Moscow. On Thursday, La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Luca Biankin said that the current coach of the Red-Whites, Paolo Vanoli, would leave his post. Later, the media named Karpin one of the candidates for the post of helmsman of Muscovites.
"I'm already tired of commenting on such rumors that have been appearing in the media since March of this year. This is yet another misinformation. At least I hear about it for the first time", Sport24 quotes Karpin.
Valery Karpin headed Spartak from 2009 to 2012 and from 2012 to 2014. The specialist also served as the general director of the Red-Whites.
