This can happen after, he stressed, as in the case of a positive decision of the citizens of the DPR and LPR in a referendum, bodies of both executive and legislative power will be formed in these subjects. As for the State Duma deputies from the republics, Timchenko suggested that this may require holding by-elections. «These issues will still be resolved, including at the parliamentary level,» the senator said.
