MOSCOW, June 12 Russian boxers defeated Asian team 3-2 in the second meeting of the first Intercontinental Cup taking place in Moscow. Alexander Devyatov (weight category up to 63 kg) lost to the Tajik Bahodur Usmonov, Khariton Agrba (up to 68 kg) defeated the Uzbek Bobo-Usmon Baturov, Pavel Sosulin (up to 75 kg) defeated the Kazakhstani Saparbai Aidarov , Savely Sadoma (up to 80 kg) lost to Uzbek Odiljon Aslonov, Muslim Gadzhimagomedov (up to 90 kg) turned out to be stronger than Uzbek Madiyar Saidrakhimov. In the first round, the Russians defeated the American team (5-0). In the next fights, Russian boxers will meet with the African team on June 18. The final fights, in which the two strongest teams will compete according to the results of the round-robin tournament, will take place in Moscow on June 25.
