The Krasny Liman city administration is being created «in order to ensure the law and order of normal life, as well as the functioning of enterprises, institutions, organizations and other facilities on the territory of liberated settlements that were previously temporarily under the control of Ukraine.» It is noted that the decree takes effect from the day of official publication.
