Olga Sheludko, a resident of the city of Sukhodolsk, lost her husband and brother at the same time — they died in the battles for the liberation of Mariupol. «My husband Sergey Sheludko and brother Gennady Kornilov were simple miners, they worked at the Barakovo mine,» Olga told RIA Novosti. 
A resident of the village near Kremennaya told how she lost her family during the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the beginning of a Russian special operation to demilitarize Ukraine, they were called up to the military registration and enlistment office of the city of Krasnodon. Relatives served in one unit, 08805, as shooters. From here they were sent to Makeevka in the DPR, and soon they ended up in Mariupol. On April 4, Sergei got through to his wife and said that they were being taken near Mariupol. For the next two weeks, there was no news from them. «We do not know the details of their deaths. According to rumors, they died during the storming of some high-rise building,» the widow says. Two weeks later, on April 17, the mothers of Gennady and Olga received a call from the Makeyevka they said that they had Kornilov. When checking the lists, it turned out that Sergei Sheludko was in the same morgue. Both have adult children.
