The ICB noted that transactions within Russia will go on as usual, however, with payments abroad, the terms may increase. Rosselkhozbank also emphasized that the necessary conditions have been created in the domestic banking system to ensure uninterrupted autonomous operation. Russia has its own system for transmitting financial messages, which was created by the Bank of Russia in response to the risks of a possible disconnection of financial organizations from SWIFT, to which more than 11 thousand of the largest banks in almost all countries of the world.
