The Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation stated that the NATO countries are «playing with fire» by supplying weapons to Ukraine. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov noted that pumping Ukraine with weapons from the West does not contribute to the success of Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and will have a negative effect. >Ryabkov assessed the possibility of the West using nuclear weapons in Ukraine «We understand that Ukraine needs further deliveries, we are considering this possibility,» Gram said, quoted by the NRK television company. According to him, Norway provided several weapons, the previous delivery was heavy artillery. In addition, he noted that there are agreements between donor countries, and contact has been established with the Ukrainian authorities to get a general idea of the needs. Gram added that the Norwegian government also provides financial support to Ukraine through the British financial assistance mechanism so that the Kyiv authorities can buy their own weapons. The minister clarified that Norway has already contributed 400 million Norwegian kroner (about $43.5 million) to the fund. Korea
