The Lazarevsky District Court of Sochi fined Iosif Gelyastanov 50 thousand rubles under the article on «discrediting» the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of anti-war inscriptions on the railway platform and breakwaters. The Sochi resident told OVD-Info about this.
According to human rights activists, on June 16, Gelyastanov wrote “No to war” at the Anchor Shchel railway station and “Putin must be detained at st. 359 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation unleashing an aggressive war» on the breakwaters. The next day, the Sochi citizen was detained at the exit of the train.
