MOSCOW, 17 Jun. North Macedonian Emil Rajkovic has been appointed head coach of CSKA Moscow, according to the official website of the basketball club. The agreement with the 42-year-old specialist is valid until the end of the 2023/24 season. «To its journalists and fans, we are planning to hold a press conference, name the coaching staff. Emil has already joined the work on the formation of the squad for the next season, which is in full swing,» said Andrey Vatutin, President of PBC CSKA. «This is a great honor, but also a great responsibility to be the head coach of such a glorious club with a great history as CSKA, especially on the eve of the 100th anniversary.I am very proud of the invitation and appreciate the trust of the CSKA management.Together we will work with great dedication, try to make the team play modern and spectacular basketball.We will focus on winning every match.
