St. Petersburg, Jun 17 The current situation in Europe will lead to a surge of populism and radicalism, and in the future to a change of elites, Russian President Vladimir Putin believes. «Democratic procedures, elections in Europe — sometimes you look at what is happening there, what forces come to power. All this looks like a screen, because the authorities are replaced by political parties similar as twins. However, the very essence of this does not change, the real interests of citizens, national business are pushed further and further to the backyard, to the periphery.
