Ukrainian grain from the captured Zaporozhye and Kherson regions of Ukraine is being transported to Crimea by rail and columns of grain carriers, writes the BBC Russian Service.
The publication found out that up to 400 trucks can work simultaneously on the export of grain from Ukraine, each of which can hold from 30 to 50 tons. Some of the grain carriers are Ukrainian, but there are not enough cars, so since the beginning of June, orders for work on the export of agricultural products from the south of Ukraine have been published in specialized Russian chats for farmers in the telegram.
One of the customers, the owner of the Novorossiysk freight company “ Auto-plus” Alevtina Podina, who was reached by the correspondent of the publication, explained to him that “there are volumes”, and payment for the work “is made in cash”.

Another truck customer, a resident of Evpatoria Igor Atrashchenko, assured the journalist of the «obligatory» military escort of grain carriers: Tiger ", in every car a military man. According to Atrashchenko, “his guys” are transporting products to a granary in the city of Dzhankoy in northern Crimea.
The pro-Russian administration of the Zaporozhye region announced earlier that it had officially «nationalized» Ukrainian grain. As a result, some farmers from Ukraine who refused to cooperate with it are deprived of grain, an unnamed entrepreneur from the Zaporozhye region told the BBC.
Ukrainian authorities directly call the export of grain towards Russia » looting”: in early May, 400 thousand tons of grain were sent from the occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR, said Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky.
