Archival photoLUHANSK, June 22 Activists of the «Peace to Luhansk Region» movement held a «Candle of Memory» action on the anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports. Candles were placed around the perimeter of the monument, and they were also laid out in a large star. “This event is important for all of us, especially for the future generation, young people who will continue to live on our sacred land,” war veteran Pavel Kutovoy addressed the audience.
