BRUSSELS, Jun 23 NATO to support Qatar in training security personnel at the upcoming World Cup, which will be held in this country in November-December 2022, according to a message on the website of the alliance. «Support includes training to counter threats caused by chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear materials,» NATO explained. Training will be provided by Slovakia, as well as a specialized center of the alliance in the Czech Republic. The first series of such trainings was already held in May in Slovakia. Also, according to NATO, Romania will conduct trainings on ensuring the protection of VIPs and on neutralizing the threats of improvised explosive devices.
