Six-story sports complex with open galleries will appear on Lokomotivnaya Street in the DKZH microdistrict in Perm, with its oval shape the object resembles a cone.It will have a capacity of 10.5 thousand seats.The total height of the building is more than 45 meters.Spectators will be located on two tiers of stands, where the bottom row consists of bleachers , and at the level of the third floor there are boxes for VIP visitors. the ice field will be 60 x 30 meters.Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of 2022 and be completed t for three years. The project will be implemented using the public-private partnership mechanism.
