A protocol on «discrediting» the army for anti-war banknotes was drawn up against the Urals

An unnamed resident of Revda, Sverdlovsk Region, was charged with an anti-war banknote. This is reported by «Vecherniye Vedomosti» with reference to the materials of the administrative case.

According to the publication, the Urals was accused of «discrediting» the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for the protocol was banknotes with anti-war inscriptions, which he put into an ATM.

As you can see in the photo of the protocol, a resident of Revda wrote on banknotes of a thousand rubles “There is no justification for this war. You approve of the war = you approve of the killing of thousands of civilians in Ukraine.” On the other bill, you can see the call not to watch TV.
