The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow arrested the politician Ilya Yashin for 15 days under the article on disobedience to the demands of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by a Mediazona correspondent from the courtroom.
An oppositionist was detained last night while walking in a park in Khamovniki with journalist Irina Babloyan. According to her, the police did not explain the reason for the detention and said: «Come with us.» Yashin was taken to the Luzhniki police station, where a protocol was drawn up against him.

“As it became known to me, Ilya is presented with 19.3. Disobedience. As if he insulted and cursed during the arrest! What was WRONG,” Babloyan wrote in her telegram channel. According to protocol, the police stopped Yashin on the orientation “to check documents”, however, the politician responded to the demand with a “rude refusal”, “grabbed his uniform with his hands”, and also “pushed off with his hands” from the police.
“Obviously , what is arrogant and defiantly illegal detention — this is another hint. Like: "Well, why are you so slow-witted, guy? Leave the country! How else can I explain it to you? I will repeat again. Yes, I'm clueless. No, I will not leave my country anywhere, ”Yashin commented on the detention.
In May, the Tushinsky District Court of Moscow fined the oppositionist 90,000 rubles under three protocols on “discrediting” the army (part 1 of Article 20.3 .3 Administrative Code). And before that, he was interrogated in the case of the dissemination of «fakes» about the military by the deputies of the Krasnoselsky district of Moscow, which he previously headed (paragraphs «a», «b», «e» of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code).
