In addition, sanctions have been imposed against Construction Minister Irek Fayzullin, Transport Minister Vitaly Savelyev, Chairman of the Board of Rossiya Bank Mikhail Klishin and General Director of Rosgeology Sergey Gorkov. The list also includes Mikhail, Roman and Igor Putin, whom the Australian authorities call relatives of the Russian president.
