
MOSCOW, July 1 Czech midfielder Alex Kral notified Spartak Moscow about suspension of the contract, according to the website of the football club. The contract with the 24-year-old Czech has been suspended until June 30, 2023 at the initiative of the player. Previously, Kral played on loan for the English West Ham. Kral played for Spartak from August 2019 to August 2021. He played 60 matches with the Red-and-Whites, scoring six assists. In the 2021/22 season, the midfielder has made six appearances for West Ham in all competitions and has not scored. The Czech national team player's contract with Spartak runs until June 30, 2024. The International Football Federation (FIFA) has extended until June 2023 the permission for foreign players and coaches to suspend contracts with Russian clubs.
