It is indicated that in Zaporozhye, in the Palace of Children's Creativity, nationalists deployed a stronghold, equipped a warehouse of weapons and ammunition, and set up sniper points around the perimeter of the institution and on the upper floors of nearby residential buildings. In addition, in the city of Bakhmut in the DPR, in the buildings of an industrial vocational college, Ukrainian security forces set up temporary deployment points, and placed armored vehicles, mortar positions and heavy artillery on the adjacent territory. The militants forbade local residents to leave their homes, all their attempts to evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed. Also, as the Investigative Committee notes, in Odessa, the Kyiv regime is preparing another provocation to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of killing civilians and purposefully destroying civilian infrastructure using prohibited by international agreements cluster munitions.
