MOSCOW, Jul 1 National Hockey League (NHL) Tampa- Bay Lightning put Russian goaltender Amir Miftakhov up for an unconditional draft with refusals, journalist Elliott Friedman reports on Twitter. Miftakhov is 22 years old and is a graduate of Kazan's Ak Bars. Tampa Bay selected the Russian in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft with the 186th overall pick. He did not play a single game for the club, last season he represented the farm club «Tampa» in the American Hockey League (AHL) «Syracuse Crunch». For the team, he played 57 matches, of which he won seven, and spent one match «to zero».
