A protocol was drawn up against Andrei Chernyshov, a resident of Moscow, on «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of a photograph published in the media before his arrest. He himself told OVD-Info about this.
According to Chernyshov, the police came to his work and took him to the 7th Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Moscow Metro. The security forces explained that the reason for the detention was a photograph that Chernyshev took before his arrest in the Moscow metro on June 12. publish-photo__image» data-type=»photo» data-slate-custom=»{«imgSrc»:»https://s3.zona.media/i/d689fdf5cdd1a2fdb9ae03cf90cf2954″,»alt»:»» }» alt=»1″ />

Later, the photo was published by the telegram channel Green Tape and OVD-Info. According to the police, this is how Chernyshev organized an action discrediting the Russian army, “since you can see a badge with the symbols of Alexei Navalny in the frame.”
Chernyshev was detained at the Kaluzhskaya metro station. Pinned to the Muscovite's jacket were badges with a red exclamation mark and the inscription «Russia will be free» against the background of a white-blue-white flag.
