A schoolgirl from the village of Oktyabrskoye near Tomsk brought a case of setting fire to the Russian flag at a bus stop. This was reported to TASS by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not specify what kind of flag it was and how it was set on fire. In the village of Oktyabrskoye, according to Yandex.Maps, there is one stop. Next to her is a bas-relief with a tricolor.
A schoolgirl was prosecuted under the article on “abuse of the flag” (329 of the Criminal Code), which involves up to a year in prison. A protocol was drawn up against one of her parents on “improper performance” of upbringing duties (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The telegram channel “Caution, the news” of journalist Ksenia Sobchak, without specifying the source of information, claims that the case was brought against a ninth-grader named Kira.
