The specialist sees the development of youth as his goal. Zinnbauer replaced Zaur Khapov, who worked as the head coach of the railway workers in the second half of last season. Earlier it was reported that Compper will continue to work in the Lokomotiv coaching staff and will retain a key role in preparing the team for the matches.
"Marvin is the most important element of the coaching staff. Before my arrival in Moscow, we talked a lot. We understand each other well, we have the same football philosophy. I can say that Marvin and I are on the same wavelength,» Zinnbauer said in an interview with club television.
