A resident of the city of Shuya near Ivanovo, who was arrested because of a Molotov cocktail thrown through the window of the military registration and enlistment office, was accused of committing a terrorist act (Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code). The fire in the military registration and enlistment office occurred on the night of March 19, wrote the anonymous telegram channel Life of Menta.Ivanovo. According to the photo from the site, the Molotov cocktail did not go through the window, but only broke the outer glass. The frame and inner glass are partially burned. In the spring, as specified by the FSB, a 31-year-old man was arrested on charges of attempted arson (part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code ). The case was opened by the Department of the Investigative Committee for Shuya.
According to a press release, the FSB is currently investigating the terrorist act. Probably, the case was reclassified after the transfer of materials from the Investigative Committee.
