MOSCOW, July 6, Andrey Senchenko. Torpedo Moscow President Denis Maslov said that the club is not negotiating the acquisition of Italian Fiorentina footballer Alexander Kokorin. Last season, the striker played six matches in the Italian championship, while never leaving the starting lineup. Kokorin moved to Fiorentina in January 2021 from Spartak Moscow. He also represented Dynamo Moscow, Anzhi Makhachkala, Sochi and Zenit Petersburg, with whom he became the champion of Russia, the owner of the Cup and the Super Cup of the country. For the Russian national team, he played 48 matches, scored 12 goals and gave 6 assists.
