Archival photoDONETSK, July 8 The people's militia of the Donetsk People's Republic announced on Friday that, together with the Russian Armed Forces, D-30 and M777 howitzers, as well as up to 30 Ukrainian security officials, were destroyed over the past day. DPR police reported that Ukrainian troops lost more than 20 personnel, a Grad MLRS platoon and one howitzer in a day. «Joint actions of the military personnel of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation destroyed the following enemy weapons and military equipment: one D-30 howitzer , one M777 howitzer, two cross-country vehicles, two armored personnel carriers and up to 30 personnel. Three enemy firing points in the areas of Peski and Opytnoye settlements were suppressed,» the department said in a Telegram channel.
