ASTRAKHAN, Jul 8 Russian pilot Nikita Mazepin showed the fourth time in the second stage rally-marathon «Silk Way» in the category of all-terrain vehicles (T3). The length of the special stage was 226.55 km. The stage passed along the route Astrakhan-Astrakhan. His winner in this category was Dmitry Cherkesov, the result of which was 3 hours 13 minutes 20 seconds. The second was Armen Puzyan (+2.06), the third — Alexey Cherkesov (+5.32). Mazepin was 5 minutes 35 seconds behind. Mazepin is a former Formula 1 driver. He spent the only season in the «royal races» last season, but never finished in the points. Due to the situation in Ukraine, the American team «Haas» terminated the agreement with the pilot, as well as with the title sponsor — the Russian company «Uralkali». Denis Krotov (+14.21) finished on the special stage, Evgeny Sukhovenko (+48.16) finished third.
