Earlier, the SUSK of the Russian Federation for Bashkiria reported that in 2019, two students from a Ufa university who did not want to serve in the army, through a 37-year-old acquaintance, transferred a bribe to an official of the military commissariat for release or deferment from serving in the Russian Armed Forces. The amounts of bribes amounted to 170 and 175 thousand rubles. Then the intermediary was arrested, and a criminal case was opened against the bribe givers for giving a bribe on a large scale. «The Leninsky District Court received materials from criminal cases under Part 4 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (bribery) against three hockey players Anvar Suleimanov, Vladislav Lukin and Mikhail Vorobyov. The date of the consideration has not yet been set. According to the law, the judge has time for this, since, according to the decision of the investigator, the hockey players are under house arrest,» the court said.
