MOSCOW, Jul 10 British boxer Derek Chisora defeated Kubrat Pulev in rematch for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) International heavyweight title. The fight, which took place on Saturday in London, lasted all 12 rounds and ended with Chisora's victory by a split decision. The score of the judges' notes is 116-112 (Pulev), 116-112 and 116-114 (Chisora). The first fight of the boxers took place in May 2016. The fight for the European title ended with Pulev's victory by a split decision. In the professional ring, the 38-year-old Chisora won 33 wins (23 by knockout) with 12 losses. He snapped a streak of three straight losses, including one to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in October 2020. Pulev suffered the third defeat in his career with 29 wins (14 by knockout).
