Humanitarian Response Headquarters received 23 requests for evacuation to Russia, on the territory of the DPR, LPR or to the liberated areas of the Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkiv and Kherson regions. In total, the database contains 2759126 such requests from 2139 settlements of Ukraine and the territory of the DPR controlled by the Kyiv authorities.
