RIA Novosti, two sources familiar with the situation, the deputies may hold an extraordinary meeting to consider bills on measures to help the economy. The upper house of parliament — the Federation Council — also confirmed their readiness to meet if necessary. «We do not yet have information that the State Duma will to hold an extraordinary meeting. But if necessary, the Federation Council is ready to hold its meeting in any format,» RIA Novosti told the chairman Vyacheslav Timchenko, member of the Rules Committee.
