Twitter users are reporting a social network outage en masse. This is also evidenced by data from the Downdetector service.

When you try to enter the site and the application shows an error message. Downdetector calculated that 59% of crash reporters complained about problems with the application, 33% about the website.
According to users of the social network, problems with access stopped around 15:40.
