MOSCOW, July 14 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law providing, in particular, for increasing administrative fines up to 4 million rubles for telecom operators for failure to comply with Roskomnadzor instructions to restrict or restore access to content. Thus, the failure of a telecom operator providing services to provide access to the Internet to fulfill the obligation to restrict or resume access to information, access to which should be limited or resumed on the basis of information from Roskomnadzor, will result in the imposition of an administrative fine in in the amount of 30 thousand to 250 thousand rubles for officials; from 500 thousand rubles to 4 million rubles — for legal entities. Changes were made to article 13.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
